Zemfira will come to Yerevan with a concert
The stadium is located in the gorge of the Razdan River, from where it got its name, at the moment, after another reconstruction in 2008, "Razdan" holds almost fifty-five thousand spectators. Zemfira, having gone abroad, became an exclusively stadium performer, and now, as part of her tours, she performs only at the largest world venues.
Zemfira Ramazanova, a native of Ufa, burst into the Russian music industry in the late 90s, becoming almost the only representative of the fair sex among numerous male groups at the moment. Her debut album "Zemfira" (1999) became a real sensation, introducing the public not just a performer, but an original author and composer, whose songs are sincere, understandable, and therefore they were greeted with such warmth. The collection, with the bright hits "AIDS", "Arrivederci" and "Romashki", determined her further creative path and laid the foundation for a long-term successful career. Her music intertwines elements of rock, pop, indie and even jazz, but the main thing is the sincerity and emotionality with which the singer comes out to her fans. Her songs often feature shifts in emphasis, unexpected vocal introductions not on a strong beat, but "between" the beats, which creates a sense of spontaneity and lively conversation. Sometimes she does not so much sing as speaks in a singsong voice, which makes the songs sound like confession. Zemfira often uses minimalism in the arrangement, repeating short phrases or musical motifs, creating a hypnotic effect.
Zemfira's specialty is her ability to create a special atmosphere of intimacy and trust with the listener. At her concerts, you get the feeling that she is singing only for you, that she understands your feelings and experiences. This special connection between the artist and the audience makes her performances unforgettable and emotionally charged. Despite the years spent on stage, Zemfira remains one of the most interesting and mysterious figures in Russian music. She continues to write songs that touch hearts and make you think about important things, but she rarely appears at social events and carefully avoids scandals. Zemfira is one of those artists who are happy enough to create songs; she has dedicated herself entirely to art. Her music is a reflection of the times we live in, and at the same time – eternal themes of love, loneliness and hope.
Abroad, the performer has not remained out of work, unlike many of her compatriots. "Zemfira from Luka" is a rock band founded by Zemfira Ramazanova and her nephew Artur Ramazanov-Ostapenko, also known as Luka. Another member was Hugo Lee, who was responsible for the saxophone parts. The relatives also created a debut disc with the same name. Four tracks tell listeners about the difficult choice each of us faces today in this difficult, changing world.
Tickets for Zemfira's concert at the Razdan stadium in Yerevan are still on sale on our website, so you can buy invitations to your favorite singer's show right now!
