Armenia vs. North Macedonia: Epic Nations League Battle at Vazgen Sargsyan Stadium

The Armenian and North Macedonian national teams will play in the Nations League on October 13 at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan.

These two teams have not achieved any impressive results yet. But what you can't take away from them is the will to win, the desire to please their fans and a sincere love for football. Therefore, the games of the national teams of Armenia and North Macedonia always cause strong emotions among both football players and spectators.

If the World Cup and the Euro are elite competitions, then the Nations League was specially created for all European teams. The main goal of the new competition was to increase interest in football in all countries, as well as the opportunity for all teams to show what they are capable of.

All national teams within the League are divided into 4 leagues: A, B, C and D. The strongest teams get into League A, and the weakest - into D.

The national teams of Armenia and North Macedonia got into the League in Group C. The composition of the groups was determined by the League of Nations rating. This is a special rating released on October 17, 2017. The Faroe Islands and Latvia are also in this group.

Tickets for the Armenia vs. North Macedonia match are the best gift for fans of these teams and lovers of interesting, dynamic football. The teams have met more than once, and two matches were played with such impressive results as 0:5 in favor of North Macedonia and 4:1 in favor of Armenia. The teams last met in the fall of 2023 as part of a friendly match. The Macedonians won.

The teams will meet at the Vazgen Sargsyan Multi-Purpose Universal Stadium. This is one of the oldest stadiums in Armenia, built in 1935. It was reconstructed in 1999 and 2008. Currently, the stadium hosts home games of the Armenian national team and FC Pyunik. The stadium's capacity is 15,000 fans, including a VIP box.
