Big Event for Music: Mumiy Troll's Concert Moves to the New Venue!
The events around the Mumiy Troll concert take a new turn. Due to technical circumstances, the planned concert of the group is transferred to another concert venue - Platform.
In 1996, in London, Ilya Lagutenko gathered a group of session musicians and recorded an album called Morskaya. This album, as it turned out, was a real revolution in Russian rock music, bringing it out of the protest underground into modern pop culture. Producer Alexander Shulgin, the creator of Rec Records, who ensured the circulation of Mumiy Troll's debut album, greatly contributed to this success.
This album quickly won radio airplay and became the subject of TV airplay. This was followed by the first round, which formed the first line-up of the group. In 1998, Mumiy Troll entered the history of Russian television with the clip "Vladivostok 2000", which was launched on MTV Russia.
Album «Just Mercury Aloe», released in 2000, finally confirmed the status of Mumiy Troll as one of the brightest rock bands and one of the most original projects of the Russian pop scene. Ilya Lagutenko, the author of the term "rockapops", remains the undisputed king of this genre, despite changes in the stylistic framework and composition of the group.
The new date and venue of the concert is important for all Mumiy Troll fans, and we are looking forward to will bring this new musical adventure. Get ready for an incredible sonic journey and meet your nautical romantics on Platform!
