Yerevan State Puppet Theater named after Ov. Tumanyan
The Hovhannes Tumanyan National Puppet Theatre in Yerevan will host a long-awaited stand-up show by Dmitry Romanov, titled "New Chapters." After a hiatus of several years, one of the most recognizable Russian-speaking stand-up comedians is returning to the stage — choosing Yerevan for his comeback.
"New Chapters" is an honest, unfiltered conversation about life. It covers emigration, relationships, parenthood, career, and personal misconceptions — everything that has shifted or been re-evaluated during his time away. Dmitry Romanov has a unique talent for discussing serious topics in a way that leaves the audience roaring with laughter, finding humor where others see only problems. Every story is deeply personal; every joke is hard-won.
The evening will unfold in the intimate setting of the theater, where there is no barrier between the performer and the audience. Be among the first to experience Romanov’s new material live.
