Opera "La Boheme" Giacomo Puccini will be presented in the Great Concert Hall named after Aram Khachaturian. This significant cultural event is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding opera singer Gohar Gasparyan. The organizer is the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of artistic director and chief conductor Eduard Topchyan.
The production features leading soloists, including Kristina Mkhitaryan (Mimi), Nina Minasyan (Musetta), Liparit Avetisyan (Rodolfo), Bogdan Bachu (Marcello), Gurgen Baveyan (Schonar) and Evgeniy Stavinsky (Collin). The choral parts will be performed by the Armenian National Academic Choir under the direction of Hovhannes Chekidchyan and the choir of the special vocal-choral school for voice preservation under the direction of Karine and Emma Arakelyan.
